i-Cable News is one of the popular news outlets in Hong Kong, with approximately 300,000 active users per day. The website aims to attract users to explore more news content in order to generate higher revenue from online advertisements. Our role is to analyze the common behavior of online advertisements on news websites globally, study the limitations of the advertisement provider, and understand the business requirements. Based on this research and analysis, we will work towards enhancing the user experience on the website.

This is revamp project for the i-Cable News mobile application. Before designing the layout, we conducted user interviews and competitor research to understand the needs, trends, and expectations for a news app. We also conducted two rounds of usability testing to ensure the best user experience.

As part of this project, we have included both a light mode and dark mode in the application. These modes were implemented based on research indicating their importance in facilitating article readability for users.

The project involves creating a corporate website with a strong branding presence. We not only design the website to be responsive and aligned with current internet trends, but we also develop it using Webflow. This means that customers will be able to easily update the website's content using the Content Management System (CMS) at any time.

Blue Insurance is the first digital life insurer in Hong Kong. This project involves the design of the corporate website and the quote and buy website. On the corporate website, users can view the details of each insurance plan and receive an estimate based on their background information. Once users have decided to make a purchase, they will be directed to the quote and buy journey. This journey includes creating an account, completing the eKYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) process, and making a payment. Prior to the website design, we also conducted the GA design sprint workshop and competitor research to understand the project goals.

HOY TV is one of the free TV channels in Hong Kong. Users can watch replays and check the electronic programming guides (EPG) on the website and mobile application. In addition to its features, one of the main purposes of the HOY TV website and mobile app is to increase brand awareness among users in Hong Kong. Therefore, we have incorporated a variety of branding colors into the layout design.

Club Hope is an experimental project that serves as a donation platform to attract users and raise funds for NGOs. We handle the concept design, draft the 3D model in collaboration with a vendor, perform game graphic design, and create a responsive web-game design. Additionally, we work closely with the developer to ensure that the website performs as expected and meets our requirements.

The Club is one of the largest loyalty programs in Hong Kong, with over 320 million members. This project involves collaborating with an external vendor. Therefore, the main responsibilities include overseeing the design system, user stories, and design quality. Additionally, it is important to note that this is a responsive website.

Club Travel allows users to purchase air tickets, book hotels, and buy tickets for points of interest through this platform. In the highly competitive industry, we conduct UX research and marketing research to propose a solution using the red ocean strategy. Additionally, we create the design system, wireframes, and UI design.

Club Shopping is an e-commerce website that focuses on selling electronic products. Our main responsibilities include creating new features based on business requirements and enhancing the user experience to address customer pain points.

"Understand" is an interactive installation art piece showcased in a public art exhibition. Audiences are invited to explore a white screen using a special magnifier. With time and patience, they will be able to see a video captured from autistic children. Before creating the art piece, we also conducted workshops with autistic individuals to understand their characteristics, needs, and challenges of living in Hong Kong.
