A Gen 2 internal admin platform for a large enterprise's loyalty programme, rebuilt alongside a full database architecture redesign. Led UI/UX design, including establishing an entirely new design language and design system, while working closely with the PO and PM to translate business requirements into a next-generation membership management system.
